H. H. S. Compensation Plan (continued)

DIRECTOR

To reach the next level in the H. H. S. Compensation Plan, that of Director, simply achieve $2000 in Personal Group Volume (PGV) in one calendar month. (PGV) is the volume achieved by you and all the Distributors in your personal group. As a Director, you add another exciting income opportunity to your H. H. S. business. Now in addition to retail profits, rebates on personal purchases, bonuses on Personal Group Volume (PGV),overrides on down- line member's, 40% purchase discounts, and qualified for the Director's 23% bonus level, you are eligible to participate in the Director's Bonus Pool, which is made up of 2% of the combined monthly (PGV) of a Director's Company wide.

Directors will receive overrides on break-away down line member's (PGV) through 5 levels.

Levels: Ist = 4% 2nd = 4% 3rd = 3% 4th = 2% 5th = 1%

In order to be eligible to receive compensation in the H. H. S. plan, you must achieve a Personal Volume of at least $100 during the calendar month for which bonuses are calculated a divisionally, Director's must achieve $400. (PGV) monthly to qualify for. Director's must achieve $750. (PGV) each month to qualify for the bonus pool.

DISTRICT DIRECTOR

This is the top position in the H. H. S. Compensation Plan. To reach the level of District Director, simply achieve $3000 in Personal Group Volume (PGV) in one calendar month. (PGV) is the volume achieved by you and all the Distributor's in your personal group. As a District Director, you add another exciting income opportunity to your H. H. S. business. Now in addition to retail profits, rebates on personal purchases, bonuses on Personal Group Volume (PGV), 40% purchase discounts, overrides on down line members, qualified for the District Director's 25% bonus level, eligible to participate in the District Director's Bonus Pool, which is made up of 2% of all District Director's monthly (PGV) Company Wide, you are now eligible to participate in the Annual District Director's Bonus Pool, which is made up of 1% of the Company's Gross Sales.

District Director's will receive overrides on break-away down line member's monthly (PGV) through 6 levels.

Levels: Ist = 5%; 2nd = 5%; 3rd = 4%; 4th = 3%; 5th = 2% 6th = 1%

In order to be eligible to receive compensation in the H. H. S. plan, you must achieve a Personal Volume of at least $100 during the calendar month for which bonuses are calculated. Additionally District Director's must achieve $500. (PGV) each month to qualify for overrides. District Director's must achieve $1000. (PGV) to qualify for the monthly bonus POOL Additionally, District Director's must qualify for the monthly bonus pool eight (8) out of the (12) months to be eligible to participate in the annual bonus pool.
